Named in homage to the relation between the city of Villalar and the Monastery, since the Emperor Charles V ordered Padilla, head of the Comunera Revolution, to be buried here after the battle of Villalar.

Colour: Cherry red, great color structure and good glycerol content, brilliant.
Aroma: Fine dark fruit (plums), Indian ink, graphite, and charming nuances of jammy citric fruit (grapefruit, mandarin orange), toasted.
Flavour: Fleshy, plenty of fruit balsamic and mineral notes framed. Long, fruity and spicy.
