Cabernet Sauvignon is the first single varietal wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon by La Mejorada. Motivated by the exceptional nature of this variety in a year that was climatologically ideal for it, the winemakers at La Mejorada decided to venture into the production of a unique wine.
A unique edition of a wine that comes from a plot with vineyards of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, whose grapes were harvested by hand, and the malolactic fermentation took place for at least 12 months in French oak barrels.
