Tasting of Tiento 2011 with friends

Last Sunday architects

and friends Jacques Herzog, Luis Fernández Galiano, Emilio Tuñón, Maite Rodríguez, Belén Moneo and Rafael Moneo stopped by our winery and afterwards tasted wines and local gastronomy made by chef Miguel Ángel de la Cruz at La Botica in Matapozuelos.

The highlight was the tasting of the new La Mejorada wine Tiento 2011. In the words of our oenologist Álvaro Bernardo: “The Tiento is a careful trial of what the terroir of La Mejorada is capable of expressing”.
